The Ranch Hand is also designed so you could add electricity if desired. We have included directions for both a concrete slab and a joist-style floor so you have options. With a large 12×22 floor plan, the Ranch Hand is perfect for machinery, storage, animals, storing feed, gardening tools, or even a work shop.
